There are many people and groups who look forward to the summer reading list. What even amazes me more is how many people actually set out to read a whole book on vacation. They aren't going to put it down until it is done.

I can't wait to glance down the list and prepare for summer reading satisfaction. After I consult a few more lists it is time to buy. Barnes and Noble has put out its beach list. Molly Reads has also put her two cents in with a list of 36 titles.

The New Yorker has created a list that is more open-ended. It is a list of the best books they read so far. This is a smart list to browse because there will be more books to choose from to fill your summer.
