Hudson Valley K-9 Completes Radiation Treatment
We have big love for our police officers here in the Hudson Valley. We are also always looking out for their K-9 partners.
One Hudson Valley K-9 is going through a difficult time and could use our well wishes.
Back in February Raven was diagnosed with cancer, while the cancer is treatable the surgery and process is expensive. The community came together and Gofund me page raised almost $17,000 for the surgeries.
The Town of Newburgh PBA posted to their Facebook page last week an update on K-9 Raven. They explain on Friday, May 31st Raven completed her 3 day, back to back, radiation treatment.
They are reporting that while it was a difficult treatment process Raven "is in good spirits and is happy as ever."
Raven is partnered with Town of Newburgh's SGT Lawson.
We'll keep an eye on this story and we're sending out positive vibes to Raven (hope she's enjoying all the treats she's allowed!)
