Less Than 8 Weeks From Now Hudson Valley Golf

We have made it through January in the northeast and we have made it with very little snowfall. We know that could change in the blink of an eye. One good Nor'Easter and with cold enough temps and we will be digging out.

I love the snow in the winter but I am also not sad when we don't get alot and the reason for that is I am always ready to get back out on the Golf Course. The first round of the year is always fun even though you have found your swing and it's really still to cold to play without a jacket.

I am looking at the calendar as I am writing this and I have my fingers crossed that we may only be about 8 short weeks away from hitting the links. When the season ended last year I was happy with my game but I also lost the last round so I am looking forward to a rematch.

The 2023 Master's is April 6th - 9th and typically that weekend we are able to get out on our courses here in the Hudson Valley. So here is to hoping that if Mother Nature has any plans for a blizzard we will be getting it in the first few weeks of February which will clear the way for a March thaw and our local course opening by April First.
