Easy Things You Can Do To Support Hudson Valley Firehouses

The calendar has flipped to 2025 and that means a whole new list of events you can attend at your local firehouses in the Hudson Valley.

Two things from 2024 are still true for your local firehouse even though it is now 2025. One is that they still need volunteers and two they need our support. Check-in at your local firehouse to see what they have going on for the Winter.

Now Through January 31st, 2025 - The Storm King Engine Company #2 Coat Drive

The Storm King Engine Company #2 has teamed up with other fire companies to hold a coat drive and to collect any unwanted gifts you would like to donate. The coats can be new or gently used. The gifts should be new and will be used to help people who have lost everything due to a house fire.

There are a total of 9 agencies helping with this drive including New Windsor, Cornwall, Vails Gate, and Washointonville.

Sunday, January 5th, 2025 - The Esopus Fire Department Pancake Breakfast

Enjoy an all-you-can-eat pancake breakfast where donations are accepted from 8:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Esopus Fire House 1142 Broadway in Esopus.

Sunday, January 5th, 2025 - The Wallkill Fire Department Pancake Breakfast

Enjoy all-you-can-eat made fresh pancakes from 7 AM to 12 PM at the Wallkill Fire Department at 112 Bona Ventura Ave in Wallkill. You can expect eggs, pancakes, french toast, sausage, hash browns, toast, coffee, tea, and orange juice. Tickets are

$10.00 per person, $9.00 Senior, $6.00 Child.

February 8th, 2025 - The Clintondale Fire Department Pasta and Meatball Dinner

Join the Clintondale Fire Department on February 8th from 4 PM to & PM for a delicious meal. Enjoy pasta, meatballs, salad, bread, dessert, and a beverage. You can choose to Eat-In at the Clinton Fire House at 1063 Route 44/55 in Clintondale or take out.
