We could all use some holiday cheer.

No, I'm not talking about 4th of July celebrations (are those even happening this year?) I'm talking about Christmas cheer!

You're probably saying to yourself "Girl, it is way too early to be talking about Christmas!" And I would loving answer and say "It's never too early for Christmas movies!"

Don't get me wrong, I'm fine without snow and cold weather, but nothing is quite as enjoyable as a cheesy Christmas movie on a chilly night. Hallmark Channel knowns I'm on to something too.

People.Com is reporting that Hallmark Channel has announced that starting July 10th, they will be running a 17 (!!!) day Christmas movie marathon. Yes, you read that right.

Until July 27th Hallmark Channel will play some of their "Keepsake Christmas" movies. Kicking things off on July 10th is Christmas at Dollywood. Other films that will be played throughout the marathon include: The Nine Lives of Christmas, A Christmas Duet, Switched for Christmas, Christmas in Evergreen: Tidings of Joy and Christmas in Rome.

Personally, I like the Lifetime and Freeform Christmas movies better, but these will do the trick.

People.com released a full schedule of what Keepsake Christmas movies will be shown and when.

Back when the whole Coronavirus pandemic took off, people started talking about possibly busting out their Christmas decorations.

Now that we're heading into the reopening phases, why not bring that trend back. Lets make it an authentic Christmas in July, but also celebrate getting over COVID-19.

Will you be getting into the holiday spirit?
