Frolic Friday: Kathy Griffin

It finally time to officially kick off the weekend with a "Frolic" and a little bit of controversy.

I hope by now you know that every Friday on the CJ in the morning show, Jess and I kick off the weekend with a fun "Frolic". We have been doing it for over a year now and every week we decide to frolic for a reason or a cause.

This week, with Jess being over at the Barton Orchard Farm Market in celebration of National Donut Day we both had our own reasons for this weeks frolic.

For me we had to start with a little controversy thanks to Kathy Griffin....take a look....

I hope that the Garth Brooks people don't come after me now.

As we say every week, if you had a tough work week or just need a little pick me up, nothing will make you feel better than a good ol’ fashioned frolic.

So drop your arms to your sides, point your hands out and start frolicking around. I promise it’ll make you feel better.
