Oh boy do we need this today!

The last few days and weeks have been like nothing most of us have ever experienced, its really hard to put into words what the whole country is dealing with with the Coronavirus pandemic. I mean events are being cancelled, stores are running out of items like toilet paper and some feel like there might be a quarantine coming for us before to long.

With all of that in mind, how bad to we need to spread some good vibes across the Hudson Valley? Real bad, so let's hear'em!

What's making you "feel good" today? It can be anything, maybe you just got a raise at work, a special event coming up soon, pregnancy, a new job.....it can be anything that is putting a smile on your face as you read this.

Every Friday Jess and I give you the airwaves to spread the good vibes and this week we REALLY NEED YOU!!!!
