Feel Good Friday

What is making you feel good?

For most people this time of year is enough to make them feel good, but for some its a time of year that is way to stressful. You have everything that goes along with the holidays, shopping, decorating, wrapping presents and for some, traveling. All of that can get some people in a "gloomy" mood so we decided that we are on a mission to make YOU feel good.

So we asked the Hudson Valley, what is making you feel good? We figure that maybe if we hear some good positive things it will get all of us in a good mood. Good logic, right?

Jess is feeling good because she has a bunch of parties to go to this weekend and is set to decorate her Christmas tree on Sunday. For me I have my kids and we are decorating the tree on Saturday and are also gonna try to put together a gingerbread house. Pictures to follow. LOL!

We had a ton of calls from fans of the show share their feel goods, including, Krissy, who is set to marry her best friend Justin in March. Laurie is feeling good because she is set to deliver cookies to 6 different police departments today. Kim checked in to let us know that she is feeling good because tomorrow is her first day off in two months.

Ashley texted us, "I’m feeling good today because I just got the last aqua hot cup at Starbucks and tomorrow we are going to Party at the Palisades for Stefano’s dirty 30!" Sam also texted in, "My dog and I are doing a therapy dog visit with our group, the k-nine Bandaiders. Those visits always make me happy because they bring such cheer to the people we visit."
