Never Too Early for The Sweet Tastes Of Fall In New York

I can't be the only person who is happy to see the weather break. July and August were brutal. I really don't mind it being hot, but I can't stand humidity.

Someone today tried to tell me last summer was just as hot as this summer, and I told them I had to disagree. It is my perspective that the 4th of July arrived, and so did the ridiculous heat and humidity that didn't seem to offer any relief until last week.

I had to find my sweatshirt one day last week to go out in the morning to feed my birds, and I was ok with that. As a matter of fact, I am truly embracing the Fall already. The proof is in my latest candy selection. If you haven't seen the Tootsie Roll Harvest Chews, then I suggest you head to TOPS in New Paltz and get them while they last.

I had no idea that Tootsie Rolls in Fall flavors could taste so good. I haven't been able to decide yet which one is my favorite, but I can tell you they all taste like sweet little samples of fall. The four flavors are Sweet Cinnamon, most likely getting my vote for the most awesome, but the Caramel Apple, Candy Corn, and Pumpkin Spice flavors are just as good.
