If you have a Facebook account and you have used the sync photos feature, you could lose a whole bunch of pictures.

According to ABC 7, Facebook is about to delete a group of photos from your profile located in the "synced" or "synced from phone" section of your profile.

The photo syncing feature that Facebook introduced back in 2012 allowed us to automatically upload pictures from our phones to a private album on our profiles. The idea according to Facebook, was to make it easier to share pictures at a later time.

Facebook decided to phase out the syncing feature last year because they launched their Moments app.

If you have any pictures in the synced folder and don't want to lose them, all you need to do is go to your profile and transfer or download any photos from the synced folder to Moments.

You have until July 7th to make any changes after that you wont be able to make any changes.
