Employees of the Month? (VIDEO)

Does your job have employee awards?

I asked Jess the same question on air this morning and she let me know that our company actual has an award they give out every month. They call it the "Employee of the Month" award. No shocker here, Jess and I have never won. I didn't even know it existed, until now.

So we decided that we are, from this moment on, are going to be model employees. We are going to try really hard to capture this award.
