Dutchess County Fair Favorites

If you can't tell we are so excited for this years Dutchess County Fair.

The fair starts up today and runs thru Sunday at the fairgrounds in Rhinebeck and will offer all kinds of fun for everyone.

If you go to the fair every year, is there one specific thing you have to do or eat at the fair?

I know that lots of people love the fair food. Everything from deep fried oreo's to sausage and peppers and a ton more. Do you have a favorite thing to eat at the fair? For me it's Handsome Devil BBQ, they have the best ribs and I can't wait to inhale some later today!!

I asked my son Jackson what he was looking forward to and as I'm waiting for his answer I'm thinking it will definitely be something food related and he tells me the caterpillar roller coaster with the ferris wheel and cotton candy coming in a close second and third.

Jess says she is looking forward to finding churros this year. I had know idea what a churro was until she explained it to me and I have to say it sounds AMAZING!
