President Donald Trump gave New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo a big-time warning.

President Trump returned to his home state of New York for a Republican fundraising event. But he spent most of his time in Utica bashing high-ranking New York officials who have spoken up against Trump.

At the fundraising event for Rep. Claudia Tenney Trump said Gov. Cuomo once told him he wouldn't run against Trump for President in 2020. There are rumors Cuomo is considering running for President in 2020.

Trump then dared Cuomo to run.

"Anybody that runs against Trump suffers,” Trump warned Cuomo according to NBC. “But maybe he wants to. “Oh, please do it. Please. Please."

Trump also added, “It’s very sad to see what’s happened with New York. This could have been Boomtown, U.S.A.”

Trump also attacked Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand, another New York politician who reportedly has White House aspirations.

Trump called Gillibrand as “just a puppet” of Sen. Chuck Schumer, the Post Gazette.
