When it comes to the tenth annual statewide 'Save Your Friends Over the Airwaves' PSA contest, they do. The contest is conducted by the New York State Association of Traffic Safety Boards to promote teen driving safety and persuade teens to make life-saving choices to prevent motor vehicle crashes, injuries, and deaths.

The Office of the Dutchess County Executive announced today that 5 Arlington High School students received top honors in this year's competition. The 2015 winning entries from Arlington High School were submitted by: Selin Karadeniz, tenth grade for speeding PSA, Emily Klausz, tenth grade for safety belt use PSA, and Julianna Scalamandre, tenth grade also for safety belt use PSA. Additionally, Dimitri Jacques-Louis, eleventh grade, won honorable mention for his impaired driving PSA and Madelyn Kei Urbae, twelfth grade won honorable mention for her drowsy driving PSA.
