It's that time of the year for holiday parties and holiday shopping. But it's also a time for giving. One Hudson Valley animal rescue is getting into the holiday spirit for a great cause.

The Ulster County SPCA in Kingston, New York, is set to host, wait for it...Deck The Paws! You have to admit that is a perfect name for a charity event supporting animal rescue. All of the proceeds from the Ulster County SPCA Deck The Paws Brunch and Holiday Market event will benefit the animals at the Ulster County SPAC.

This year's Deck The Paws Brunch & Holiday Market will be hosted at the beautiful Emerson Resort & Spa in Mount Tremper New York. Starting at 11 am on December 11th, 2022,  guests will enjoy exclusive holiday shopping, as well as a silent auction and raffle.

Brunch favorites, including mimosas, will be served while you shop for a great cause.

Make sure to get your tickets now as space is limited. Tickets are available online through the Ulster County SPCA website and are $60 per ticket.

Donations from Deck the Paws will go a long way as the Ulster County SPCA is an "autonomous organization and is not funded by any other SPCAs, including the ASPCA, or federal, state or county government funding." The Ulster County SPCA relies solely on "generous contributions" from the community according to the website.

While you're on the site, and if you're interested in adopting a new pet, take a look at all of the animals up for adoption from dogs to cats to chickens, mice, and gerbils.
