Cow Appreciation Day

Tomorrow is Cow Appreciation Day!

I think we should appreciate all the cows here in the Hudson Valley. I want to take time out today, a day early, to appreciate the cow that let me milk her. Last year at the Dutchess County Fair, Vicki from the fairgrounds heard that I had never milked a cow. She quickly changed that.

So a big shout out to that cow for being so easy going with me.
