Most Satisfying Fast Food Chain in America Might Surprise You

Experts say that for the 11th year in a row, a popular fast food chain has been voted as the most satisfying in America.

Most Americans admit that they are known to enjoy a fast food meal or two a few times a month. It's one of the most common things people do each month, especially when they are short on time and need to eat. Last year, we spent roughly $1.09 trillion on food-away-from-home, so I'd say it's a common thing to do...LOL, but which restaurant do Americans prefer?

Best Fast Food Restaurant in America

Most of us have a fast food place we prefer to grab a quick meal, but did you know that one restaurant has been voted the highest in customer satisfaction? The folks at the American Customer Satisfaction Index (ASCI) recently announced its yearly rankings of the fast food restaurants that most Americans say are the best places to eat.

This year's survey was based on more than 16,000 submissions from customers who were asked to grade some of the nation’s largest companies based on their recent experiences and weighed numerous factors, including food prices, mobile app satisfaction, order accuracy, and more, according to WTEN. This year's rankings included an "All Others" entry to include some of the smaller companies that might not be known in some parts of the country.

Each restaurant was given a score on a scale of 0-100 based on customers' rankings.

Chick-fil-A Voted Best in America

For the 11th year in a row, American fast food lovers voted Chick-fil-A the best in customer satisfaction. This year, Chick-fil-A scored 83 out of 100, topping all its competitors.

The "All Others" entry ranked #2 with a score of 82 this year followed by other popular restaurants including Panda Express (80), Starbucks (80), Arby's (79), Panera Bread (79), Dunkin' (78), Burger King (77), and Chipotle (76).

Lowest-Ranked Fast Food Restaurant in America

Jack in the Box (74), Sonic (73), Taco Bell (73), Dairy Queen (72), and McDonald's (70) landed at the bottom of this year's rankings.
