Chase Bank recently informed customers who bank at their branch at 404 Main Street in Beacon, NY, that they will be permanently closing the branch before the end of the year. The letter explained that all Beacon customers can continue to bank with Chase at its Fishkill, NY, location at 15 Merritt Blvd. They also said that some employees at the Beacon location will continue serving customers at the Fishkill location. Chase didn't say why the branch was closing, but did announce earlier this year that they would be closing locations nationwide.
