Applebee’s Is Going To Have Me Drunk All Month For Pennies

I'm all about a bargain and when it comes to alcohol, it's about drinking more and spending less.

Applebee's has just upped the game.

$1 cocktails has been their ploy every month, offering different select cocktails for just $1 but now, it's gotten real.

For the rest of October, Applebee's will be offering $.50 Long Island Iced Teas.   Yes I said $.50.  Half of a dollar for heaven in a glass.

I haven't had a Long Island in almost 2 years but there's a reason for it.  I become a totally different person after a few.  Not a bad person, but my wife says I'm not allowed to drink them unless I'm with her.

Talk about a cheap date.  Tell your date, your parents or friends that you'll pay for drinks.  Imagine what $10 would get you.

The proper Long Island Iced Tea is made with vodka, rum, tequila, sweet and sour mix, and a splash of cola but for $.50, are you really going to be that picky?
