If you have ever gotten a telemarketing call from Dish Network, you could be owed $1,200.

If you put your phone number on the National Do Not Call List and you still got calls from Dish Network between May 11, 2010, and August 1, 2011 you could be a part of big lawsuit settlement that could mean $1,200 in your pocket.

According to USA Today, a federal judge in North Carolina has ruled that the company Dish Network has violated the Telephone Consumer Protection Act as a lawsuit was filed by Thomas Krakauer back in 2014. He claimed that Dish Network made illegal telemarketing calls to his phone number, which was on the do-not-call list.

After the judge found in favor of Krakauer he announced that over 18,000 phone numbers would be a part of the settlement.

If you would like to see if your phone number was one of the 18,066 that was called, you can check your number here. Make sure you check the phone numbers that you had back in 2010 and 2011 and if your number is part of the lawsuit, you need to file a claim by June 18,2018. File your claim here.
