How would you handle a situation like this?

Jess and I get all kinds of emails from people that have issues that they want us to bring up on the show and we try to get to as many as we can. I got this email over the weekend and wanted to share to see what you guys thought.

The email starts with:

I'm in sticky situation. My co workers and I are very good friends, but I know that one of them is stealing money from the company. We work for a small finance company and he's been taking money little by little. He doesn't know that I know. I accidentally found out.

Anyway, He is a single dad with two precious little kids and a good guy. He is a widow and I think he just needs the money and I guess I just felt sorry for him. I kind of turn my head when I know he is taking money from the company.

He probably will never get caught. But my conscious is getting the best of me. Should I tell on him? Or let him keep doing this and pretend not to know? I'm just scared that I will be questioned about it one day and have to lie on his behalf and risk losing my job too. What should I do?

How would you guys handle a situation like this? I think maybe take him aside and let him know that you know and that he should stop before he gets caught.
