Why Did Clare Bowen of ABC’s “Nashville” Cut off Her Hair?

If you're a fan of ABC's hit show "Nashville" you're familiar with Clare Bowen. She plays Deacon's niece and country singer Scarlett O'Conor. If you watch the show then you know her character has a beautiful head of blonde hair.

This week, Clare took to her Facebook page to show off a new look. In the photo you'll see that Ms. Bowen chopped off all of her hair, but there was a beautiful  reason behind it. You may not know, but Clare was diagnosed with end stage nephroblastoma as a child. Clare also wrote about why she was inspired to cut all of her hair off.
