What’s Happening This Weekend in the Hudson Valley: Welcome to 2018
Welcome to a new year! It's the first weekend of 2018 and even though Old Man Winter has certainly been making his presence known, there still some fun things to do throughout the Hudson Valley this weekend. Here are a few ideas with links to find even more.
Saturday, January 6: Sunset Hike and/or Snowshoe Hike up Mount Beacon, hosted by the MidHudson Adirondack Mountain Club. Hiking poles and microspikes are strongly recommended. Saturday, January 6; 1-3:30: Free movie screenings every Saturday at E.B. Crawford Public Library in Monticello. The first Saturday of the month a teen movie will be shown (rated up to PG-13) and the other Saturdays will be family movies (rated up to PG). Saturday, January 6; 5-8 pm: First Saturday Arts in Kingston. There will be open galleries, live music, studio tours, and more. Find more events going on in Ulster County this weekend.
