Saturday, March 10; 10-7: Quilt Month at Liberty Public Library. Throughout the entire month of March, they will celebrate the 19th Celebration of National Quilt Month. Members of the Calico Geese Quilting Guild of Sullivan County will have some of their quilts up on display and you can vote for your favorite. Sunday, March 11; 1: 31st Annual Kingston ST. Patrick's Day Parade. The parade steps off from the Kingston Plaza and proceeds down Broadway and ends at the Rondout CReeek waterfront district.
