Saturday, July 29; All Day, first wave at 8:30: It's one of the most unique running events around. Join the fun at the Insane Inflatable 5K at the Dutchess County Fairgrounds. It's not a timed race, it's one to have fun at! After the race there's food and music to celebrate the day. Saturday, July 29; 1: Rondout National Historic District walking tour. Learn the story of how immigrants and entrepreneurs created and shaped the towns and streets we know today. Saturday, July 29; 10-12: Celebrate International Mud Day at Hudson Highlands Nature Museum. Bring the family to Grasshopper cover specifically designed for children to have hands-on experience with nature jumping,running, playing, exploring, and learning.
