What’s Happening This Weekend in the Hudson Valley

The Holiday season is here and there are many, many events celebrating this magical time of year throughout the Hudson Valley. Here's just a few suggestions. Have a great weekend.
Saturday, December 5, 9-1: Free Children's Holiday Workshop at the Fishkill Town Hall. Let your kids have fun while making a snow globe, evergreen arrangement, bead ornament, card and more. Refreshments will be served as well, brought to you by the Verplanck Garden Club.
Saturday, December 5, 10 am: The Monticello Teacher’s Association Tinsel Trot 5k Fun Run at Rock Hill Road in Rock Hill. Proceeds from the race will go toward the MTA scholarship fund, which awards annual funds to high school graduates; and the Sullivan County Federation for the Homeless. They ask everyone to dress in their best holiday/winter costumes and join in this fun event!
Saturday, December 5, 12-5: Kingston Model Railroad Club's 78th Anniversary Open House. See the railroad layout complete with villages & scenery, railroad museum, trolleys, circus trains, Thomas the Tank Engine and more. Admission is $6 for adults and $2 for Children.
Saturday, December 5, 10 am-4: Holiday Boutique at John S. Burke Catholic High School in Goshen. Find one of a kind treasures to give as gifts.
