What’s Happening This Weekend in the Hudson Valley

Saturday, January 28; 10-4: A Day of Women in Tech at FDR Library in Hyde Park, presented by Hudson Valley Tech Meetup and AT&T. The program will celebrate as well as showcase women from the Hudson Valley who are making important contributions in the technology field. This is open to anyone, regardless of their gender identity, and will showcase speakers and discussions on a wide range of tech topics. Admission is free, but pre-registration is required. Saturday, January 28: 10-1: Don’t miss the Eagle Watch Bus Tour at the Upper Delaware Visitor Center in Lackawaxen, PA. You’ll learn about eagles in our region, the habitat they need to thrive in, and how they cam back from the brink of extinction, all while riding on a comfortable, heated bus with the help of an expert guide. Saturday, January 28; 11-3: Kingston Repair Cafe at the Clinton Avenue United Methodist Church. They will fix anything for free, sponsored by Kingston Transition. Bring your broken small appliances, electronic items, clothes, toys, china, glass, jewelry, and more. They'll even show you how to fix it the next time. Click here for more information.
