I think that those of us who work in radio are pretty lucky. We get to do so many things like be backstage at some amazing shows, introduce some of the biggest stars in country to the stage, and meet a lot of great people who have become our friends, and have some experiences I don't think would happen if it weren't for our jobs.

But, there is one part of the job that can be a little tough. That's when someone else on the air staff is out at a great event and you're the one stuck in the studio, I mean you're the one with the really important job of engineering the broadcast.

Take this week for instance, CJ & Jess are broadcasting every afternoon from the Dutchess County Fair. They've completely taken over my show, and have even renamed it to CJ & Jess in the afternoon, but I digress. So what do I do with all of this time on my hands, while they're enjoying food and fun? I'm glad you asked.

Oh well, I only have 3 more days of this. I have to remember my pillow tomorrow.
