Upstate New York Woman Wins $10,000 a Week For Life at Stewart’s

A woman from Upstate New York has won the top prize in the $10,000 A Week For Life scratch-off game.

Upstate New York Woman Wins Big

According to the New York Lottery, a Saratoga County, NY woman has won one of the remaining $10,000 a week for life scratch-off ticket grand prizes. The lottery made the announcement on Thursday congratulating Jessica Koonce, of Clifton Park, New York, who they say claimed a top prize in the $10,000 A Week For Life scratch-off game.

Koonce is now guaranteed a minimum payout of $10 million and was given the option to either take a lump sum payment of $4,854,424 after taxes or yearly payments of $338,520 each, after required withholdings. She chose the yearly payments.

Stewart's Shop Sells Winning Ticket

The winning $20 to-play scratch-off ticket was sold at the Stewart’s Shops located at 246 South Street in Mechanicville, New York. After claiming the massive grand prize, the lottery updated its website to remind players that as of February 7th, there is one top prize remaining in the Win $10,000 A Week for Life game.
