An Ulster County woman is behind bars over allegations she made a terroristic threat.

On Wednesday around 9:50 a.m., deputies from the Ulster County Sheriff’s Office received a report that a woman called Adult Protective Services and made threats to hurt workers there and others with a baseball bat.

Sabrina M. Hathaway, 53, of Olivebridge, was found in the City of Kingston and taken into custody shortly thereafter.
Hathaway was charged with making a terroristic threat, a felony, and a misdemeanor for aggravated harassment.

She was arraigned in the Town of Ulster Court and remanded to the Ulster County Jail in lieu of $2,500 cash bail or $5,000 secured bond, to reappear on a later date.

Deputies were assisted by the City of Kingston Police, Town of Esopus Volunteer Ambulance Squad and Mobile Life Support Services.
