Ulster County Prison Guard Accused of Filming Naked Teen

According to News 10, a local prison guard is now behind bars and charged with Unlawful Surveillance and Endangering the Welfare of a Child.

East Greenbush police told News 10 that William Mackey has been arrested for allegedly secretly recording a 13-year-old girl while she was changing in the bathroom.

East Greenbush police allege that Mackey was at the home of a close friend and used his cellphone to secretly record the friend’s 13-year-old daughter through a crack in the bathroom door. The video showed the girl was partially clothed.

Mackey’s arrest report states that his friend discovered the video of her daughter on Mackey’s phone and went to the police.

Mackey was arrested while he was on duty at the Eastern New York Correctional Facility.
