If you have a little person, or anyone, in your life who loves trucks, bulldozers, fire engines, school buses, or even bouncy houses, then do we have an event for you this weekend.

Actually, the Wappingers Falls Rotary Club has the event for you and it's their 'Touch-A-Truck' event at the Dutchess County Airport this Sunday from noon until 5. Your kids will be able to see and explore vehicles from local businesses, community groups, as well as government agencies. Your children can climb aboard and get behind the wheel of their favorite vehicles, and ask questions from those who run the equipment.

If you have special needs children, you know that all the honking and sirens going off can be too much to take, so the Wappingers Falls Rotary Club have thoughtfully set aside a special time called the 'No Honk Zone' from noon until 3. This allows even more children and their families to take part in this fun event.

There will also be food and vendors, children’s activities, train rides and bouncy houses. Admission is $5 for individuals or $20 per family (maximum of six); children under 2 are free.

Imagine the photos you'll capture and the memories you'll make. Don't miss it.
