Moonrise Bagels has built up quite the reputation here in the Hudson Valley.

So much so that content creators from all over the world are making sure they stop by one of the 3 locations.

Popular TikTok Food & Travel Creator Makes a Stop in Woodstock, New York

TikTok foodie and travel content creator Elliott Norris recently took a trip to Woodstock, New York and while in town visited the original Moonrise Bagel shop.

During his first trip to the viral bagel shop, he got there a little later in the morning so missed out on the breakfast stuffed bagels and decided to try a Buffalo Chicken stuffed Moonrise Bagel.

Like most who try the original stuffed bagel, Norris was blown away. Watch below:

How Does Moonrise Bagels Stuff Their Bagels?

After Elliot shared his Moonrise Bagel taste test videos, I noticed a trend in the comment section. Many of the commenters were a bit confused as to how the bagels were stuffed?

Several comments noting that there's no incision or hole, which makes you wonder how does the team at Moonrise get their delicious stuffing into those amazing bagels?

After all these years, we never thought to ask how the bagels are stuffed... So I did what anyone would do and reached out directly to the source. We asked Moonrise co-founder Ali Chetkof Rhodes for the scoop. She tells us that how they stuff their bagels is all apart of their secret recipe, but it's all done by hand.
