Jenna Fabbie of Sebastian, F.L., formerly of Lake Katrine, was arrested on April 14, 2017, in Florida on an outstanding arrest warrant from Ulster County.

Both were charged with welfare fraud and offering a false instrument for filing. Both were released to reappear in Ulster Town Court at a future date.
