It is County Fair time in the Hudson Valley. Over the next few weeks you will be able to head to a number of county fairs, all of them fun and all of them a summer tradition for Hudson Valley Families.

First up is the Orange County Fair in Middletown. The All New 177th Orange County Fair kicks off this Thursday, July 13th with one of two car load nights. The other is the following week Thursday July 20th. Dates for the fair this year are July 13th through the 16th and July 20th through the 23rd. With Jungle Habitat Indoor Safari, Antique Fire Trucks, free music and entertainment plus the Orange County Speedway, rides and a carnival midway there is fun for everyone.

Then it is off to Libertyville Road in New Paltz for the The Ulster County Fair which has existed in some fashion since 1869. This year's fair dates are August 1st through the 6th. Carload night will start off this year's fair as it has in years past and the stage entertainment includes The Oak Ridge Boys. Fair favorites Robinson's Racing Pigs will return as well adding to all the family fun.

And then the summer will wrap up in the Hudson Valley with the 172nd Dutchess County Fair in Rhinebeck August 22nd through the 27th. It will be all the excitement of the fair plus great grandstand acts that include county duo sensation Brothers Osbourne. Tickets are on sale now for all of this year's grandstand entertainment.
