The Dog Communicator at the Dutchess County Fair

You really never know who your going to run into at the Dutchess County Fair.

Last year we ran into actor Paul Rudd as he was walking around with his family and this year we couldn't wait to see who we would meet.

He really isn't famous (yet) but he definitely provided us with some rather interesting stuff on communicating with animals.

He calls himself the Dog Communicator, also known as Carey, and he says that he can speak to all kinds of animals including horses, cats and of course dogs.

When he came up to us at the fair yesterday and started to explain what he does to us, we decided to video it for you to enjoy.
