Teachers Get Free Coffee in Ulster County
Nothing says "welcome back" like a FREE cup of great coffee.
As schools across the Hudson Valley begin to open up for the new school year the anxiety levels are on the rise as we all try to figure out and deal with new ways of learning. Some schools are starting the year remotely and others are doing in person classes.
Now matter what way school is being handled in your world, we need you to do us a favor and make sure you have a little more patience with teachers this year as this process is new to all of us. If you have a teacher in your life, you might notice that they are a bit more tired from all the work they've been doing to get the year started and could use a pick me up.
Nothing will pick them up like a FREE fresh cup of coffee and in Ulster County one local coffee shop is doing just that this week. According to a Facebook post, Uptown Coffee at 288 Wall street in Kingston is offering a FREE cup of coffee for teachers, all week from 7 a.m. until 9 a.m. thanks to the folks at Ulster Savings Bank.
The post reads, "Attention TEACHERS, YOU beautiful, dedicated humans, you!!!! Good morning from UPTOWN COFFEE AND our friends at ULSTER SAVINGS BANK. For the next week from 7am-9am, Ulster Savings is showing their gratitude by buying you a coffee from us. Come see us before your crazy work day begins and get caffeinated! We so appreciate everything you guys do, this year more than ever."
