Paddy on the River

It's been a long winter and local residents were ready to shed the cabin fever Saturday as hundreds showed to celebrate St. Patrick's Day a little early at Poughkeepsie's Paddy on the River.

It's hard to predict how an outdoor event will go, especially when it's March on the banks of the Hudson River. But the sun was shining and hundreds showed to enjoy the Irish music, food, and adult beverages Saturday in the City of Poughkeepsie.

Paddy on the River Returns to Waryas Park in Poughkeepsie on March 10 from 11 am to 5 pm.
