Kayaking

The Hudson Valley Center for Veteran Reintegration is traveling by kayak down to New York City to raise awareness for Veteran suicide.

I had a great weekend exploring the Hudson Valley. Even though my kayak liked to wander. Luckily the staff at Mountain Valley Guides knew what the were doing.

Pack the bug spray we are going Kayaking. As much fun as it would be to head out on the river I think and winding creek could be more fun.
