Robocall's are pretty annoying and soon we can say goodbye to them for free.

If you have a phone at one time or another you have gotten one of those annoying robocalls from a random number that is usually trying to sell you something or to threaten you that you are going to be arrested if you don't pay them. My most recent call was from a 1-800 number that left me a few messages in Chinese. Let me tell you, great marketing!

If you want to say goodbye to those calls for free, it looks like Verizon is getting ready to give customers a free app that will block those annoying robocalls for good, according to WTEN.

Verizon does already have a paid app that tries to block suspicious calls by comparing them to a known list of spam numbers for $2.99 a month but they say hopefully by the end of the month they will release instructions on how Verizon customers can get a free robocalling app.

If you don't have Verizon and you have AT&T, they have said that they are trying to do what they can to limit robocalls for their customers.
