If you find yourself a part of the Sandwich Generation, those who are raising their children while also taking care of an aging parent, you know how hard this can be. The challenges are many, the choices are hard, and your stress level can go through the roof. You may find yourself researching colleges while, at the same time, trying to figure out how Medicare/Medicaid works.

It’s not easy and often times getting information can be a very frustrating process. But, there is help on the way for you as well as for area seniors. The Dutchess County Office of the Aging will present a series of Senior Seminars on Thursday, November 2 at the New Hackensack Reformed Church on 376, just south of the Dutchess County Airport.
