How to Wait a Minute and Take Some Time this Spring in New York

I can't be the only one who is finding this Spring to be a bit crazy. The weather can't make up its mind, and where is all the time going?

I find that when things seem to be speeding up and everything seems to be falling into the "hard basket," it is the perfect time to put on the brakes. If you are like me, you just can't check out, but you can take some me time and plan a few outings for yourself.

Luckily, the weather is getting better and more and more opportunities are presenting themselves to break up the monotony that later winter and early Spring brought with them. It is time to plan some self-care.

Many of our local seasonal restaurants are reopening. It is also the time of year when we can start getting back outside. I enjoy a good walk to clear my head, and I may also suggest maybe a visit to a Hudson Valley Salt Cave.

The Crystal Connection is located in Wurtsboro, inside an old 1890s Methodist Church. They are known for being one of the Northeast's largest crystal and mineral shops. They offer shopping and more.
