Popular Ulster County Wedding Venue Opens Holiday Drive-Thru

One of the Hudson Valley's best places to get married has turned itself into a holiday wonderland!

The holiday season is upon us and one of the area's most polar places to say "I do" has transformed from a "wedding wonderland" into a "holiday wonderland" as the folks at Fortune Valley Manor have flipped on their yearly holiday light display for all to enjoy.

Ever since Fortune Valley Manor in the Town of Ulster (mailing address is Saugerties, NY...LOL) started hosting weddings and private events in Ulster County I shared many times how much I love going and working there. They do a fantastic job regarding weddings but did you know they also do the holidays? I had no idea that on top of doing great events, they also get into the holiday spirit every year by doing something FREE for the whole community to enjoy.

FREE Holiday Drive Thru Light Display in Ulster County, NY

According to the Town of Ulster Facebook page the Fortune Valley Manor (FVM) located at 248 Old Stage Road, Saugerties annual holiday light display, which opened back on Thanksgiving night is open and ready for everyone to enjoy. The festive holiday light display is turned on every night from now through New Year's Day. Kerri and the team at FVM are excited to have everyone drive in and enjoy a piece of FREE holiday spirit! The lights are on nightly until 10 p.m. (Except nights of inclement weather)

If you plan to drive through Fortune Valley Manor this year the only thing they ask is that everyone stays off the grass and that drivers be cautious of other vehicles going in and out as some sections of the road in and and out of their property are a bit narrow. The Town of Ulster visited last week and shared some photos on Facebook saying "We visited and it is a beautiful (FREE!) spectacle! These photos do not give it justice."
