Popular Hudson Valley Bagel Shops Debut ‘Special’ Offer Bagel

One of the Hudson Valley's best bagel shops has debuted a new bagel that will soon be the talk of the town!

There are many things that New York is known for, fast-paced, pizza and of course bagels! No matter what anyone says New York is home to some of the best bagels in the world and in the Hudson Valley, we are lucky enough to have a few bagel shops that offer some of the best anywhere!

Bagel Shops in Dutchess County

If you live in or around the Fishkill or Beacon, New York sections of Dutchess County you already know that there is one bagel shop that makes some of the best bagels you'll find anywhere. The Bagel Shoppe, located on Main Street in Fishkill and Beacon has been providing the area with great bagels for many years and it appears that they have announced a partnership that is going to make all Hudson Valley sports fans and bagel lovers happy.

The "new" bagel is not only going to make bagel fans happy it's also going to help a great cause, the Special Olympics New York.

According to a press release, the Special Olympics New York has partnered with the Bagel Shoppe to provide a unique fundraising opportunity that we can all participate in. Throughout the month of October, the Bagel Shoppe locations will be offering limited-edition red and white bagels to customers and if you buy one, two, or a dozen all proceeds will be donated to the athletes of Special Olympics NY.

Bagel Shoppe Teams Up with Special Olympics NY

Special Olympics New York President & CEO Stacey Hengsterman announced the partnership saying, "Innovation is one of the keys to successful fundraising! That’s why we’re so excited about this new opportunity with The Bagel Shoppe. Our thanks to Joe and his team for their support."

The Bagel Shoppe owner Joe Raffaele had this to say,

"We are honored to support the athletes of Special Olympics New York once again. Please stop by and buy a red and white bagel at one of our two locations to help us raise awareness and support these amazing athletes.”

Where are The Bagel Shoppes?

The Bagel Shoppe in Fishkill is located at 986 Main Street and is open from 6 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Saturday, and 6 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Sundays. The Beacon location is located at 466 Main Street and is open from 6 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Wednesday and 6 a.m. to 4 p.m. Thursday through Sunday.
