Reason Why A Popular Brewery Remains Closed In New York

It seems like life is still moving fast even though Summer is over. It must be that moment in time when it feels like the world is accelerating right before the end of the year.

Halloween is still a few weeks away but we know that once you carve that pumpkin the rest of the year-end holidays follow closely behind that event. Things can get so busy that you miss news and updates on things happening around the Hudson Valley.

Orange County Brewery Thanks Fire Department in Orange Cunty New York

Back at the end of September, I shared with you the news that the Orange County Brewing Company had experienced a fire that totally destroyed the building where they brewed the beer. At the time I hadn't seen any pictures so when the Orange County Distillery showed this photo today I wanted to share it.

When the barn caught fire many firefighters came to help but unfortunately, they were unable to save the brewery or the building. Fortunately, even though the brewery was a total loss no one was hurt. The brewery did lose a lot of product that was still in the barn that burned. But they also had product in stock at the Orange County Distillery, so not a complete loss for fans of their beer.

It has been a few weeks since the fire so Bryan & John took to social media to once again thank the fire departments who responded to the fire. They also gave fans of the brewery an update on their current situation and a forecast for the brewery.
