New York Woman Accused of Tattooing 13 Year Old

I'm not sure why anyone would do this.

According to WTEN, 18 year old Rogeana Zasa, from Palatine Bridge, New York has been arrested and charged with endangering the welfare of a child and second degree unlawfully dealing with a child.

New York State Police announced that the 18 year was arrested for allegedly tattooing a 13 year old child at an address in Broadalbin, New York.

If you don't know, in New York State it is illegal for anyone under the age of 18 to get a tattoo with or without a parent’s consent. The police did not release any other details about the incident and Zasa was released and ordered to appear in court on November 2.

If you have a tattoo that you got when you were a teenager, the odds say that you mostly likely regret it and in case you don't know, I fall into that category. I got this gem right after my 18th birthday and have regretted it for 20 plus years...
