He's been in the business for 20 years, he's released 11 studio albums, 6 compilation albums, and won 3 ACM and 2 CMT awards. He's acted on TV and in film, was a finalist on NBC's The Celebrity Apprentice, and has fought some of his demons in the public eye. Through it all, Trace Adkins still has one of those voices you immediately recognize and that draws you in to whatever he is singing or saying.

He hasn't released an album since the 2013 'King's Gift', a collection of Celtic Christmas Carols, but that's about to change. Trace recently signed with BBR Music Group and is currently in the studio working with producer Mickey Jack Cones (who has worked with Joe Nichols, Randy Houser) and will release new music this year.

I can't wait to hear it, and now that as soon as I can get my hands on it, I will share it with you. In the meantime, I thought it would be fun to take a look back at some of his biggest hits and a few of my favorites.
