Hudson Valley Diner Ready to Open a New Business
The family behind a successful area diner has announced they are almost ready to launch a new business in the Hudson Valley.
Over the years we shared numerous stories about how much the Hudson Valley loves a good diner and thankfully we are lucky enough to have some of the best diners in New York. A few that many of us love include, the Red Line and 84 Diners in Fishkill, the Alexis Diner in Newburgh, Dietz Stadium Diner in Kingston, and the new City Line Diner in Poughkeepsie, New York. Almost every town has a hometown diner that all of the locals love and it appears that favorites in Monticello's have announced they are expanding.
Miss Monticello Diner
One of Monticello's favorites located at 405 Broadway, Monticello, New York has been serving area residents diner favorites for years, and according to their Facebook page, they are ready to expand to the town of Rock Hill, New York in Sullivan County. A recent post simply said,
"Coming soon…Rock Hill, NY 📍"
After seeing it many fans began asking questions in the comment section like, "Are you leaving Monticello?", "Is this going to be a second Miss Monticello Diner location?", and "Will you be offering the same menu options?" We did reach out to the diner owners to try and find some answers and they told us their plans for the new business which will be located in Sullivan County, NY.
New Business Coming to Rock Hill, New York
According to the Miss Monticello Diner, the new business will not be a second diner location as they told us the new space is too small to be a diner so it will be a café and deli. The new business will be called the Rock Hill Café & Deli and will be located at 238 Rock Hill Drive in Rock Hill, NY. As far as the menu goes, owners told us their menu will be similar to the diner offering breakfast and sandwiches with some expanded products like specialty coffee and ice cream.
