CMT Crossroads give country artists the chance to branch out and dip their toes in different genres. In the past artist like Lady Antebellum, Kacey Musgraves and Taylor Swift teamed up with names like Stevie Nicks, Aerosmith and Katy Perry.

2016 is shaping up to be a great year for Crossroads. Charles Kelley is returning to duet with former Jonas Brother Nick, Jennifer Nettles will be rocking out with Cheap Trick, Thomas Rhett will be making an appearance as well as Matchbox 20 Lead singer Rob Thomas. The Crossroad team I'm most excited about has already gave us a little taste of what to expect.

A few months back Luke Bryan and Jason Derulo teamed up for a new smart phone app called Smule. The app lets you sing a duet with your friends no matter where they are. Jason and Luke wowed social media with their duet of Jason's song "Want to Want Me."

Luke and Jason's episode is scheduled to air this summer and the series kicks off on March 24th with Jennifer Nettles and Cheap Trick.
