If you have a neighbor you don't get along with you might be able to relate to this.

According to the Daily Freeman, William D. Dalton from High Falls was arrested Tuesday for allegedly using a backhoe to strike a residence, dig a hole, damage a septic system and damage a 10-foot cross structure.

Police told the Freeman that the High Falls man damaged a the property on Mohonk Road because of an ongoing dispute and he is now facing felony charges.

Dalton was charged with two counts of criminal mischief and sent to the Ulster County Jail without bail. He is scheduled to appear in Marbletown Town Court on Monday.
